Blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy

Blood Flow Restriction therapy uses a specialized cuff to safely limit blood flow during low-load exercise, to elicit a similar response as if you are using heavy resistance. This means you can build strength, maintain muscle, and recover faster without placing excess stress on joints or tissues.

BFR is not just for rehab—it’s a powerful tool for performance:

  • Rebuild strength after injury or surgery

  • Prevent muscle loss when heavy training is not possible

  • Enhance endurance and recovery

  • Train smarter and push performance safely

We integrate BFR with personalized exercise programs to maximize gains and ensure lasting results. The goal is to help you get stronger, move better, and perform at your peak while protecting your body.
