Individualized exercise programming

Our targeted exercise programs are designed to help you train smarter, move better, and reach your goals faster once you have finished with rehab. We specialize in filling the ‘gray area’ between rehab and performance. Whether you are in the late stages of your post operative rehab, improving athletic performance, or just looking to move with more strength and confidence as you age, we create programs tailored to your body and your objectives.

These programs focus on:

  • Building strength, stability, and endurance taking into consideration your injury history, exercise history, and your long term fitness, wellness, and functional goals

  • Correcting movement patterns to build a strong foundation

  • Carefully design an exercise program specific to the individuals level of fitness and make adjustments as needed to avoid injury and aggravation

  • Enhancing performance for everyday activities or sports

We combine expert guidance with progressive exercises to ensure you get stronger, more resilient, and more capable—not just in therapy, but in real life and on the field.
