Youth Sports Rehab
Youth sports rehab is designed to help young athletes not only recover from injury, but to build the foundational strength and movement quality to return to play with more confidence and resilience than prior to their injury.
We address movement quality, strength, coordination, and mechanics to reduce reinjury risk and support long-term athletic development. Every plan is individualized to the athlete’s age, sport, position, and stage of growth.
What Makes Our Youth Rehab Different
Expert rehab combined with age-appropriate strength & conditioning that bridges the gap between rehab and performance
Sport-specific movement training with the facility that allows for sprinting, throwing, hitting, and weight lifting
Injury prevention strategies to reduce future setbacks
Education for athletes and parents so progress continues outside the clinic
Collaboration with families and coaches to support total athlete development
Conditions We Commonly Treat
Overuse injuries (knee pain, heel pain, tendon irritation)
Sprains, strains, and muscle injuries
Post-surgical rehab: ACL tear, meniscus tears, little league elbow, Tommy john surgery, Achilles tendon rupture etc.
Throwing, jumping, and running-related injuries
Our goal is not just to get athletes back to sport—but to help them move better, perform better, and stay healthy for the long run. Youth sports rehab at Alliance Physical Therapy and Performance builds strength, confidence, and resilience so young athletes can continue doing what they love safely.
